Returns

Thank you for shopping with us, we appreciate your support. We understand that when shopping online sometimes things might not work out. Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Merchandise must be in original condition with all tags and labels intact and must include the original receipt. It must be unwashed and unworn. The customer will cover return shipping charges.

All sales are final on SALE merchandise.

Please contact us via email at aspentraders@gmail.com to initiate your return. We will respond with how to proceed.

Once the returned item is received and deemed in returnable condition. We will process the return and issue a refund within 3-5 business days. The refund will be issued to your account equal to the amount of the returned items and sales tax (when applicable). Please allow 5-10 days for the refund to show in your account, this processing time varies on your financial institution. We will not offer store credit or exchanges via online purchases.

Items that smell of perfume, marked with makeup, showing signs of wear and traces of animal hair are not valid for return

Shoes must be in the original box intact and unaltered and the shoe box must not be used as the return package. Any tape or labels on the shoe box will result in the return being refused

Returns outside of the 30 day period will not be accepted

Shipping

Packages are shipped via USPS. We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen once they leave our store and are in possession of USPS. If you need something shipped overnight please call us to inquire about pricing. We currently only ship within the USA. Please email us if you have further questions at aspentraders@gmail.com.
